Position: ServiceNow Platform Architect (Enterprise Service Catalogue)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect and Design Solutions:

    • Design and implement comprehensive ServiceNow solutions with a focus on the Enterprise Service Catalogue.
    • Develop technical architecture and frameworks to support the enterprise-wide deployment of ServiceNow Platform Management.
    • Oversee the health, stability, and performance of the ServiceNow platform.
    • Ensure best practices are followed for configuration, customization, and development.
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:

    • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
    • Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems and platforms.
  • Technical Leadership:

    • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.
    • Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features, functionalities, and best practices.
  • Governance and Compliance:

    • Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
    • Develop and maintain documentation related to the architecture, design, and implementation of the ServiceNow platform.
  • Problem Solving and Support:

    • Address and resolve technical issues and challenges related to the ServiceNow platform.
    • Provide support for ServiceNow upgrades, patching, and new releases.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Experience:

    • Minimum of 7 years of experience in ServiceNow platform architecture and administration.
    • Proven experience with the ServiceNow Enterprise Service Catalogue module.
    • Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM).
  • Preferred Qualifications:

    • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).
    • Experience in Agile or DevOps environments.
    • Knowledge of ITIL practices and certifications.
  • Technical Skills:

    • Proficient in ServiceNow platform capabilities, including workflow configuration, scripting, UI policies, data policies, client scripts, business rules, and ACLs.
    • Strong understanding of web technologies (JavaScript, XML, HTML, and CSS).
    • Familiarity with integration technologies such as REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Soft Skills:

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
