About the Job
The ServiceNow Solution Architect at DXC Technology will play a vital role in understanding and addressing business requirements by designing and implementing effective ServiceNow solutions. This position involves close collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring successful integration with other organizational systems such as HR or IT, and customizing ServiceNow to meet specific needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and design a tailored ServiceNow solution.
• Implementation: Responsible for the seamless implementation of the designed ServiceNow solution, working alongside developers, administrators, and various stakeholders.
• Integration: Ensure ServiceNow is integrated effectively with other systems in the organization.
• Customization: Develop custom applications, workflows, and integrations to meet the organization's specific needs.
• Testing: Conduct testing of the ServiceNow solution to verify it meets all requirements and functions correctly.
• Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation covering requirements, design, and implementation specifics of the ServiceNow solutions.
• Training: Train end-users and administrators to ensure successful adoption of the ServiceNow solution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow development, including the creation of custom applications, workflows, and integrations.
• Understanding of ServiceNow architecture, including its modules, databases, and security aspects.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and creativity in designing solutions.
• ServiceNow certification is preferred but not essential.
