They service over 10 banks and 35 financial institutions, offering a unique value proposition for managing payroll and providing employees with multiple value-added services via a mobile app.
Your Role:
As a Senior Flutter Developer at Edenred UAE, you will work in a multidisciplinary squad and contribute directly to companywide objectives across different team layers. You will collaborate with product, data, and design counterparts, conduct experiments, and solve customer problems. Additionally, you will play a vital role in shaping the vision and strategy of the frontend chapter, drive key initiatives, provide mentorship, and ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of complex software solutions.
- Collaborate with the team to design and implement experiments based on data-driven insights.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
- Mentor and guide other developers, providing technical expertise and support.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and standards compliance.
- Drive best practices in software development and contribute to technical strategy.
- Participate in architectural discussions and decisions.
- Encourage innovation and continuous improvement in an experiment culture.
Your Profile:
- Demonstrated 5+ years of experience in mobile app development, covering the entire lifecycle from inception to deployment.
- 3+ years of experience in Flutter and Dart, preferably in the fintech industry.
- Proficiency in migrating Xamarin applications is advantageous.
- Experience in implementing automated testing using platforms like flutter_test and Mockito.
- Familiarity with state management libraries like Cubit and Bloc.
- Solid understanding and application of app security practices.
- Proficient in CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps and Git.
- Knowledge of design patterns, clean architecture, and analytics frameworks like Firebase and CleverTap.
