About the Role
As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of complex software solutions within multiple multidisciplinary squads. You will collaborate with product, data, design teams, and other stakeholders to discover, ideate, conduct experiments, and solve customer problems. Your vital role will also include shaping the vision and strategy of the frontend chapter, driving key initiatives, and mentoring other developers.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of complex software solutions.
- Collaborate with the team to design and implement experiments, leveraging data-driven insights for decision-making.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
- Provide technical expertise and support to other developers.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to coding standards.
- Drive best practices in software development and contribute to overall technical strategy.
- Participate in architectural discussions and decisions.
- Advocate for an experiment culture, encouraging innovation and continuous improvement.
Technical Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in mobile app development, covering the entire lifecycle from code inception to deployment in app stores.
- 5+ years of experience in Flutter and Dart, preferably within the fintech industry.
- Proficiency in migrating Xamarin applications is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with state management libraries like Cubit and Bloc.
- Experience in automated testing, especially TDD using platforms like flutter test and Mockito.
- Solid understanding of app security practices, including code obfuscation.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps.
- Proficient in code versioning tools such as Git.
- Knowledgeable in various design and architectural patterns and clean architecture.
- Familiarity with analytics frameworks, including Firebase and CleverTap.
