Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of complex software solutions.
• Collaborate with the team to design and implement experiments, leveraging data-driven insights for decision-making.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Lead other developers, providing technical expertise and support.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.
• Drive best practices in software development and contribute to the overall technical strategy.
• Participate in architectural discussions and decisions.
• Advocate and contribute to an experiment culture, encouraging innovation and continuous improvement.

Technical Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in mobile app development, covering the entire lifecycle from the initial code inception to deployment in app stores.
• 5+ years of Experience in Flutter and Dart, with a preference for fintech industry experience.
• Proficiency in migrating Xamarin applications is a plus.
• Hands-on experience in state management libraries like Cubit and Bloc.
• Hands-on experience in automated testing, especially TDD using platforms like flutter test and Mockito.
• Solid understanding and application of app security practices, including code obfuscation.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps and its functionalities (Repositories, Pipelines, Boards).
• Proficient use of code versioning tools such as Git.
• Familiarity with various design and architectural patterns and clean architecture.
• Knowledgeable in analytics frameworks, including Firebase and CleverTap.
