Position

Element Materials Technology is seeking an experienced Software Engineer to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Microsoft Technologies, focusing on ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core 8.0, APIs, SQL Server, Power Platform, and Azure Cloud Management, along with a proven track record of developing scalable, high-performance software solutions. This role demands a deep understanding of modern development frameworks, robust problem-solving skills, and a commitment to continuous learning and innovation. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and managing enterprise applications that drive our business operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Application Development & Maintenance:

    • Design, develop, and maintain web applications using ASP.NET MVC and .NET Core 8.0.
    • Develop and integrate RESTful APIs for internal and external applications.
    • Work with Microservices architecture and Event-driven systems.
    • Develop and manage Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps & Power Automate.
  • Database Management:

    • Work with SQL Server to design, optimize, and maintain complex database structures.
    • Implement stored procedures, functions, indexing, and query optimization.
  • Power Platform:

    • Develop and customize Power Apps for business automation.
    • Build Power BI dashboards for business insights and reporting.
    • Automate workflows using Power Automate for data integration and process automation.
  • Azure Cloud Management & Infrastructure:

    • Deploy and manage applications on Azure Web App Services.
    • Manage Azure SQL Database, Azure Storage (Blob, File, Queue, Table Storage).
    • Handle Azure Networking components, including VNet, Load Balancers, and DNS Management.
    • Implement security best practices using Azure Key Vault, Managed Identities, and RBAC.

Skills / Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or Information Technology.
  • 8-10 years of experience in .NET technologies, APIs, and SQL Server.
  • Hands-on experience in Azure Cloud Services, Power BI, and Power Apps.
  • Solid understanding of Microservices and Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
  • Experience with AI/ML integration using Azure Cognitive Services is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work in a dynamic team environment.
