Position

  • Job Purpose: Connect the world through the global hub in Dubai and innovate to ensure customers 'Fly Better' with the Emirates Group IT Team.
  • Responsibilities:
    • Handle IT Store operations within an ITIL process-oriented framework.
    • Organize service requests, administer warranty claims, facilitate new orders, and maintain effective communication with Business, vendors, P&L, and technical teams.
    • Manage IT assets and service request catalogs.
    • Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on hardware inventory, service requests, and incidents.
    • Conduct data analysis and monitor inventory stock.
  • Qualifications & Experience:
    • Qualification: Information Technology and Other with 3+ years of experience and vocational or Diploma (12+2 or equivalent).
    • Knowledge/Skills: Proven experience in the industry with a focus on ITIL processes, proficiency in using inventory management tools and software, strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
