As an IT Portfolio Lead, you will design and implement consistent PMO best practices for portfolios and programmes which enable successful and timely delivery of IT's commitments to the business within cost. You will implement and uphold overall funding governance, monitor and track portfolio performance, and provide data-driven insights to stakeholders to make correct investment decisions. This role includes designing and implementing portfolio, programme, and project level reporting for senior management, as well as providing necessary support on tools and process training, coaching, mentoring, and quality assurance.

Requirements

  • Degree in Information Technology (12+3 or equivalent)
  • 5+ years' experience within IT
  • Minimum of 5+ years in portfolio/programme management office supporting CMMi for traditional and SAFe delivery models
  • PMO experience in supporting the delivery of business IT solutions with financial governance and tracking the delivery of tangible value
  • Experience in stakeholder and project team management at various levels of seniority
  • Knowledge of project management practices preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English
  • Strong analytical abilities and computer literacy skills
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office Applications is required
  • Project management tools like Planview, JIRA, etc.
