As a Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for architecting, designing, and communicating a system's high-level structural and behavioral aspects. Your role will ensure the development of integrated solutions that meet both current and future business needs, adhering to corporate IT standards and architecture guiding principles. This position requires engagement throughout the lifecycle of projects, taking full responsibility for the solution architecture.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop optimal, fit-for-purpose IT architecture solutions that meet customer requirements.
- Ensure robust, high-quality architecture that conforms to corporate IT standards and roadmaps.
- Take accountability for end-to-end architecture, including technology decisions.
- Develop Enterprise Architecture standards and guidelines across the information, application, and technology domains.
- Collaborate with the Manager of Enterprise Architecture and peer architects on technology advancements and the integration of new technologies.
- Monitor industry trends and evaluate relevant technologies, executing Proof of Concepts to showcase business value.
- Establish policies and guidelines for selecting system components and their designs.
- Assess solution designs to ensure adherence to architectural patterns and guidelines.
- Promote the reuse of solutions, platforms, and services while contributing to the enterprise architecture repository.
- Guide and mentor development team members in good engineering practices, tools, and techniques.
- Conduct architecture reviews of vendor products and make recommendations for application improvements.
- Collaborate with infrastructure teams to align physical infrastructure design with project requirements.
- Oversee development to ensure alignment with proposed architecture definitions and maintain the architecture roadmap.
Qualifications & Experience
This role might be for you if you have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent IT-related discipline (12+3 or equivalent).
- 8+ years of experience in Information Technology.
- 5+ years of experience in designing and developing large-scale, complex, distributed applications in diverse environments.
- Hands-on experience in business system architecture and technical leadership across teams.
- Deep understanding of various technologies such as Java, ERP, Cloud, and AI/ML among others.
- Familiarity with architecture methods, principles, and patterns (e.g., OOAD, SOA).
- Proficiency in architecture and design artifacts (e.g., Archimate, UML models).
- An understanding of architectural styles such as microservices and cloud-native applications.
