We are seeking a Principal, Data Analytics Consultant in our Data Science Consulting & Data Analytics Practice to drive critical client projects and help expand our presence in the region. The role offers an exciting opportunity to work with leading-edge data technologies and play a highly visible role in partnership with our global data teams.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership and strategic direction expertise in Data Science/AI/ML, driving the design, development, and implementation of solutions for clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, develop data models, and apply appropriate ML algorithms to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Lead the identification of new AI/ML opportunities, leveraging technical expertise and engaging senior decision-makers.
- Shape data solutions and properly scope, price engagements, while establishing optimal operating models and leading project teams from sales to delivery.
- Focus on practical AI application frameworks, including Data, MLOps, LLMOps, and participate actively in the development of Generative AI, Responsible AI, and AI Security offerings.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction through effective project delivery and communication.
- Engage C-level executives to drive enterprise-wide agendas that maximize growth.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members in Data Science/AI/ML.
- Stay updated on advancements in AI/ML, recommending new approaches to address challenges.
- Support pre-sales activities by assessing data opportunities, responding to RFPs, and creating proposals and presentations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field, or extensive relevant work experience.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is a strong advantage.
- Strong experience in a senior or leadership role within Data Science or Data Analytics Technology Consulting.
- Proven track record in designing and implementing AI/ML solutions.
- Technical proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, and ML libraries/frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
- Solid understanding of ML algorithms, data pre-processing, feature selection, and model evaluation techniques.
- Experience in engaging and influencing senior stakeholders to secure funding or sell AI/ML projects.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience in pre-sales or supporting sales teams is preferred.
