About the job
On our Systems Analyst team you will be instrumental in how patients receive healthcare. You'll work within a healthcare organization to help effectively install and support their Epic electronic health record.
You'll be an expert in your organization's processes and will be responsible for building and configuring their Epic system in a tailored way to help them take their patient care to the next level. You will interact with both end users and business leaders every day to coordinate responsibilities as well as provide updates on any solutions to outstanding issues. Your involvement with testing and building efforts will help ensure that clinicians have efficient and effective tools to provide high-quality care for patients.
You'll also work with Epic R&D to ensure customer-requested programming changes are appropriately prioritized. Support projects at the most innovative health systems on the planet.
Epic is the largest healthcare software company in the United States and is quickly growing around the world. Our community includes leading organizations throughout the Middle East like Johns Hopkins Aramco and King Fahad Medical City.
Have fun both at work and outside of work. As an extra perk, after five years here, you'll earn a sabbatical to travel anywhere in the world. Staff have kayaked in Patagonia, built a library in Tanzania, and run a marathon in Antarctica.
More than just important work. We offer merit-based compensation and benefits that will reflect the impact your work has on the company and our customers. You'll also be eligible for annual raises and bonuses. Epic is an Equal Opportunity employer. We seek diverse perspectives, backgrounds, and experiences in our mission to improve healthcare. Research has shown that job-seekers who are women, LGBTQ+, or members of the global majority are less likely to apply for roles they don't seem completely qualified for, so we encourage all who are interested to apply. Please see our full non-discrimination statement at https://careers.epic.com/EEO.
