  • Description: Join our Team About this opportunity We are seeking a skilled IT Test Manager to join our team and lead our application developments/In-House Change requests testing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing methodologies, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for ensuring the quality and reliability of our developments.
  • Responsibilities:
    • Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and strategies for Application development and In-House Change Requests.
    • Lead and manage a team of test engineers to ensure timely and accurate execution of test plans.
    • Manage acceptance with customer for the prepare handover.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and quality assurance teams, to define testing requirements and priorities.
    • Establish and maintain testing standards, processes, and best practices.
    • Identify and mitigate risks related to testing activities.
    • Monitor and report on testing progress, including defect metrics and test coverage.
    • Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in software testing.
    • Handle test Metrics/SLA Tracking.
  • Skills Required:
    • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
    • Proven experience 5 years in software testing.
    • Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and techniques.
    • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Experience working in an Agile development environment is preferred.
    • Customer-oriented, enthusiastic, and can-do attitude, team player, and always willing to improve soft and technical skills.
    • Delivering results and meeting customer expectations.
