- Description: Join our Team About this opportunity We are seeking a skilled IT Test Manager to join our team and lead our application developments/In-House Change requests testing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing methodologies, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for ensuring the quality and reliability of our developments.
- Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and strategies for Application development and In-House Change Requests.
- Lead and manage a team of test engineers to ensure timely and accurate execution of test plans.
- Manage acceptance with customer for the prepare handover.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and quality assurance teams, to define testing requirements and priorities.
- Establish and maintain testing standards, processes, and best practices.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to testing activities.
- Monitor and report on testing progress, including defect metrics and test coverage.
- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in software testing.
- Handle test Metrics/SLA Tracking.
- Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience 5 years in software testing.
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment is preferred.
- Customer-oriented, enthusiastic, and can-do attitude, team player, and always willing to improve soft and technical skills.
