QA Engineer

Join Oivan as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer in KSA! We are seeking a dedicated and talented individual to enhance our quality assurance strategies. As a Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our testing processes, providing valuable insights, and elevating our standards of excellence.

What You'll Do

• Design and Execute Tests: Plan and run integration, smoke, sanity, regression, and acceptance tests.
• Create and Maintain Test Assets: Write detailed test plans, test cases, and automation scripts.
• Ensure Quality Delivery: Perform thorough regression and exploratory testing before releases.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
• Track and Report Bugs: Log, verify, and follow up on defects while monitoring QA metrics.
• Test Automation: Organize test automation efforts as required.

What You Have

• Technical Background: Degree in Computer Science or relevant field, or equivalent work experience.
• Hands-On Testing Skills: Strong in both manual and automated testing (e.g., JUnit, Selenium, Mabl, Testsigma).
• Process-Oriented Mindset: Experienced in test planning, defect triaging, and using tools like Jira and TestRail.
• Development & CI/CD Know-How: Familiar with modern development, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
• Communication & Team Fit: Excellent English skills (Arabic a plus), with experience in global, collaborative teams.

Due to security requirements, this position requires being onsite in Riyadh, KSA.
