Continuous professional development is a key component, providing diverse experiences, world-class learning, and individually tailored coaching.

This role falls within our Data & AI team, focusing on advisory services related to Data Strategy and Data Governance. You will help businesses define their overall data strategy, segment their data landscape into various business domains, develop data models, and identify strategic AI-ML and Advanced Analytics use cases to monetize their data. This involves applying global data governance frameworks such as DAMA and local regulations like NDMO for KSA.

The consultant will collaborate with data scientists, data architects, and data engineers to ensure frameworks have a solid roadmap and deliverables while satisfying regulatory requirements. Additionally, this role will require identifying clients and driving business development efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage up to two projects alongside senior business leaders.
  • Enable clients to determine an appropriate FAAS strategy addressing risk and managing expectations.
  • Provide client advisory in data-driven transformation, solution validation, test scenario development, and data migration.
  • Develop business processes and target operating models leveraging data technologies.
  • Ensure timely work delivery in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Communicate relevant trends and consult on complex accounting issues.
  • Participate in the sales of new FAAS work.

Skills and Attributes for Success:

  • Proactive, accountable, and results-driven mindset.
  • Strong communication and resource management skills.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel on short notice.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree with approximately 8+ years of related work experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in a global consulting firm managing a team of at least 4 people.
  • Established track record in business development and practice management.
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies (e.g., ChatGPT, LLM, Cloud).
  • Deep understanding of the client's industry and marketplace.

Language Requirements:

  • Proficiency in the Arabic language is ideal.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive compensation based on performance.
  • Continuous learning opportunities to develop necessary skills for future challenges.
  • Supportive environment for personal and professional growth.
  • Diverse and inclusive culture that empowers all employees.

If you meet the qualifications above, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
