Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead multiple client engagement teams, assisting a diverse array of clients in navigating the complex world of advanced analytics.
- Provide unique business perspectives on how advanced analytics can transform and improve client organizations, starting with key business issues.
- Foster relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels to ensure quality service delivery.
- Drive high-quality work products within expected time frames and budgets while managing risks and keeping stakeholders informed.
- Keep abreast of current business and industry trends relevant to clients' businesses.
- Effectively manage and motivate diverse client engagement teams while providing constructive feedback and coaching.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships and networks.
- Collaborate with information architecture and product teams to build logical/canonical and physical data models aligned with conceptual models.
- Analyze existing data stores and interfaces to support current and future data models.
- Facilitate data requirements elicitation and modeling sessions through various methods, including interviews and workshops.
- Assist in the development and enforcement of data modeling standards.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree and approximately 12 years of related work experience.
- A minimum of 6 years’ experience in consulting with a strategic focus on achieving transformational value through data and analytics.
- A deep understanding of business processes with at least 10 years of experience using data and analytics to solve real-world business problems.
- Ideally, a Master’s degree or MBA is preferred, with a focus on Computer Science, Operations Research, Math, Statistics, Economics, or Industrial Engineering.
- Familiarity with big data platforms and cloud solutions (Snowflake, AWS, Azure).
- Experience in data and systems architecture, master data management, data governance, and data visualization tools (such as Power BI and Tableau).
