Manager - Technology Consulting (OTC Governance)

Key Responsibilities:

• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with ERP stakeholders within the Client’s Project to ensure alignment and support for transformation initiatives.
• Deliverables Production: Produce high-quality deliverables and presentations for senior leadership of the Client, ensuring clarity and relevance to strategic objectives.
• Governance Management: Oversee end-to-end governance processes for the transformation program, ensuring compliance with established frameworks and best practices.
• Reporting and Insights: Manage regular reports that provide insights into project/program progress, risks, and governance metrics, facilitating informed decision-making.
• Team Supervision: Supervise and mentor junior team members to foster their professional development and enhance their contributions to governance activities.
• Issue Escalation: Manage the escalation process for issues and risks, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication to stakeholders.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor key performance indicators to evaluate the success of governance initiatives and the overall transformation program.
• Change Control Management: Assist in change control management to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of new processes and systems.
• Collaboration with EY Teams: Align governance practices with the overall objectives of the transformation program and ensure successful implementation of initiatives.

Requirements:

• Technical Expertise: Minimum of 5 years of experience in implementing platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Project Management: Proven project management experience.
• Governance and Reporting: Experience in governance and reporting.
• Government Experience: Experience in the government sector is a plus.
• Certifications: COBIT and/or PMP certifications are highly preferred.
