Position

The Director of Cyber Project Delivery & Assurance will be responsible for strategic planning and leadership in IT service management and delivery. This role entails developing and implementing service management strategies that align with organizational objectives, leading a team of service managers and delivery specialists, and fostering a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning and Leadership:

    • Develop and implement the IT service management and delivery strategy.
    • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of service managers and delivery specialists.
    • Promote continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
  • Service Management:

    • Oversee the design and implementation of IT service management processes.
    • Ensure IT services meet performance standards.
    • Monitor service performance metrics and implement necessary actions.
  • Service Delivery:

    • Ensure effective delivery of IT services to customers.
    • Coordinate with IT and business units for seamless service support.
    • Manage delivery projects to ensure they meet time, scope, and budget requirements.
  • Customer Relationship Management:

    • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and customers.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for escalations.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction through regular feedback and service improvements.
  • Process Improvement:

    • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
    • Drive automation and efficiency in service delivery.
  • Resource Management:

    • Develop and manage the budget for service management and delivery.
    • Ensure the team has the necessary training and skills.
  • Compliance and Risk Management:

    • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
    • Manage risks associated with IT services and maintain continuity plans.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in IT service management and delivery.
  • At least 5 years in a leadership role.

Language Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English is typically required; additional languages may be advantageous.
