About the Job:
As an Expert Solution Architect/Sales & CCC Solution, you will play a crucial role in interacting with business stakeholders and analyzing business requirements. Your responsibilities will include translating business needs into technical specifications and developing end-to-end solutions across the BSS/OSS domain. You will create clear integration specifications, use case diagrams, workflows, mockups, data models, constraints, and a traceability matrix.

Additionally, you will collaborate with internal and external cross-functional teams to align end-to-end solution design, support project execution by assisting development, project management, and testing teams, and drive industry best practices in solution design and development. You will also be responsible for preparing presentations on solution designs and reports to track the progress of various assigned tasks.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• At least 10 years of experience in the Solution Design domain within the IT/Telecom industry
• Detailed technical and functional knowledge of relevant platforms/systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Language Requirements:
Proficiency in English is required.
