About the Job
We are seeking a Cloud Engineer with over 10 years of experience to join our team at Expleo Group in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be proficient in managing and administering cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure, with a strong focus on best practices, troubleshooting, and services like RDS and Defender.
Responsibilities:
- Cloud Platform (AWS, Azure): Advanced administration, best practices, troubleshooting, and utilization of services such as RDS and Defender.
- Container Orchestration (Kubernetes, OpenShift): Cluster management, logging, monitoring, storage management, registries, and cloud park.
- Infrastructure as Code (Terraform / Ansible): Automation of cloud resources, multi-cloud management using JSON/YML manifests.
- DevOps & CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Jenkins): Supporting development workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and version control.
- Scripting & Programming: Creating scripts for automation in reporting and metrics collection (Python, Shell, etc.).
- Linux, Networking & Infrastructure: Management of Linux systems and networking (VPC, LB, GW, DNS), identity management (AD, SSO), storage solutions, backup, and high availability.
- Monitoring & Logging (ELK, Prometheus): Implementing log aggregation, monitoring, alerting, and using observability tools like the ELK stack and Prometheus.
- Security & Compliance: Applying security best practices and utilizing tools such as SIEM, GuardDuty, Inspector, Config, and TrustAdvisor.
