Onsite – Network Engineer - Blue Coat Proxy

We are seeking a skilled Bluecoat Proxy Engineer to manage, configure, and optimize Bluecoat Proxy solutions to enhance network security and web filtering. The ideal candidate will have expertise in proxy management, SSL inspection, URL filtering, and policy enforcement to safeguard enterprise networks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure, manage, and optimize Bluecoat Proxy for secure web access.
• Implement SSL inspection, URL filtering, and access policies to ensure security compliance.
• Troubleshoot network traffic flow and proxy-related issues.
• Work closely with security teams to enhance threat protection and visibility.
• Monitor and optimize proxy performance to improve user experience.
• Ensure compliance with organizational security policies and industry standards.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience in Bluecoat Proxy administration and troubleshooting.
• Expertise in SSL interception, web filtering, and application control.
• Knowledge of perimeter security, IPS/IDS, and network security concepts.
• Familiarity with Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco ASA, and other security tools is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Certifications:

• Bluecoat Certified Proxy Administrator (BCPA) or equivalent.
• CCNA Security, CISSP, or other relevant certifications are a plus.

Experience: Minimum 8 years.
Location: Dubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
