What you’ll be doing
- Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure operational activities are executed efficiently and in compliance with regulations
- Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity
- Provide administrative support to management and the team
- Assist in budget monitoring, expense tracking, and financial reporting
- Facilitate internal communication and support project management activities
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Management, or related field
- Proven experience in an administrative or operations role
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
