Senior Machine Learning Solutions Architect - Federal (Remote)

About the Job:

As a pioneer in AI Observability, we focus on creating transparent and explainable AI solutions, enabling organizations to tackle issues like algorithmic bias and ensure responsible AI practices.
In this role, you will work closely with Federal and Commercial clients, communicating the value of Fiddler's technology from demonstration to successful implementation. Your responsibilities will include conducting training sessions, writing market-facing publications, and building relationships with key technical stakeholders. You will also collaborate directly with the sales team to understand customer needs and navigate sales cycles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to ensure the successful use of Fiddler’s product, including installation and integration.
• Present Fiddler's technical vision to executives and technical teams.
• Facilitate Proof of Concepts and act as a liaison between product management, marketing, engineering, and customer success.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of industry experience, including 2+ years in pre-sales or consulting.
• Proficiency in AI techniques and tools, especially deep learning for computer vision using PyTorch.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, comfortable interacting with executives.
• Experience in technical sales or solutions, particularly within public sector organizations.
• Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Compensation:
Salary range is $153,000 - $226,000 OTE, based on experience, location, and other factors.
