Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly innovative, experienced, and visionary Director of Digital Transformation and Operations Excellence to lead the company's digital transformation efforts, driving operational improvements across different teams including IT, CRM, Data, and Applications. This role requires leveraging AI, automation, and innovative technologies to optimize business processes, enhance efficiency, and support strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Digital Transformation Initiatives: Develop and implement digital transformation strategies to optimize business processes and foster innovation.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee continuous improvement initiatives across IT, CRM, Data, and Applications.
- AI & Technology Integration: Utilize AI and automation to enhance business processes and improve overall performance.
- Collaboration and Cross-Department Leadership: Lead teams in planning and executing digital transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment across departments.
- Optimize Business Processes: Analyze and enhance existing business processes using new technologies.
- Change Management: Drive cultural change within the organization and lead training programs for digital initiatives.
- Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and execute a roadmap for digital transformation aligned with strategic company goals.
- Vendor and Stakeholder Management: Work with vendors and internal teams to ensure successful technology implementation.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize analytics to improve operations and support strategic decision-making.
- Mentorship and Team Leadership: Guide a team of professionals on digital initiatives and new technology integration.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years in digital transformation or operational excellence, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of business processes and workflow optimization.
- Experience with AI, machine learning, and automation technologies.
- Proven cross-departmental collaboration experience, especially with IT, CRM, Data, and Applications.
- Deep understanding of business operations and strategic mindset.
- Experience in change management and guiding teams through transitions.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Operations Management, or related fields.
Language Requirements:
Arabic proficiency is a plus, but not a must.
