The Graphic Designer will play a crucial role in translating complex briefs into visually compelling designs that align with the company’s brand identity and objectives. This position requires a highly creative individual with a strong foundation in graphic design principles, capable of producing impactful visuals across various mediums. The incumbent will be responsible for all visual communications within the business, ensuring consistency and quality in every piece of content. Without this role, the business risks a significant decline in the quality and effectiveness of its visual communications.
Key Accountabilities:
- Work closely with the Creative Director across all design collaterals and Geidea regions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and develop creative solutions.
- Develop innovative design concepts for various disciplines (branding, graphic design, digital design, marketing).
- Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and company objectives.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends and technologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of design experience (experience in a creative agency is a strong plus).
- Familiarity with branding, advertising, and social media.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Experience in video and animation (a strong plus).
- Experience with UI/UX tools (Figma, Miro).
- A portfolio demonstrating design skills.
- Ability to work across both digital and print design.
- Strong attention to detail and positive attitude.
