Position

As a member of the Education team at Mandiant, you will be responsible for aspects of both internal and external education focused on cyber-security areas such as digital forensics and incident response. Your role will encompass training delivery, course development, and documentation support. You will need to work with a sense of purpose and urgency, prioritize tasks effectively, meet deadlines, and demonstrate keen attention to detail to ensure the delivery of high-quality work products.

Responsibilities include delivering classroom training to a variety of technical audiences, supporting cyber-security course development efforts, coaching students during simulated attack scenarios, creating and maintaining training materials, and cultivating effective relationships through collaboration across the organization.

Minimum qualifications for this position include a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, four years of experience designing and developing learning solutions, and fluency in English. Preferred qualifications include three years as a technical trainer in cyber security and the ability to communicate in both English and Arabic. Additionally, you should be prepared to travel up to 50% of the time as needed.
