As a Sr. System Administrator, you will be a trusted partner responsible for deploying and maintaining systems and servers in our data center, as well as networking and monitoring systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the Directly Responsible Individual for our Data Centers (DC) and operations.
- Install and maintain servers and other rack gear.
- Perform System Administration tasks, including installation of Linux systems via Puppet.
- Program network switches and troubleshoot devices and systems.
- Automate tasks and maintain documentation of procedures and infrastructure.
- Configure software, hardware, and networks while collaborating closely with InfoSec and other departments.
- Track inventory of spare parts, respond to tickets, and provide remote support to AI techs.
- Train entry-level and up employees.
- Perform system upgrades and maintain technical support manuals and IT policies.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience.
- 8+ years of experience in Linux System Administration.
- Advanced troubleshooting skills with Networking experience (DNS, DHCP, PXE, TCP/IP).
- Experience with coding for monitoring and automation (e.g., Python, Shell Scripting).
- Familiarity with configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef, Puppet).
- Detail-oriented and organized with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proven ability to work with external parties, vendors, and customers.
- Self-motivated, flexible across multiple systems and contexts, and able to lift/rack gear up to 50 pounds.

- Some travel is required, both within the US and internationally.
Compensation:
- Base salary range is 324,000 SAR to 468,000 SAR, determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and internal benchmarks.
