Join our team as a Principal Engineer specializing in radar systems! We are looking for a talented individual to take the lead in designing and optimizing cutting-edge radar seeker technologies for airborne platforms. This role is critical in shaping the future of military aviation.

Key Accountabilities:

• Innovate and Design: Lead the design, development, and optimization of radar seeker systems for advanced military aircraft and missiles.
• Algorithm Development: Create and implement innovative signal processing algorithms to enhance target acquisition, tracking, and classification.
• Seamless Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the radar seeker integrates flawlessly with avionics and sub-systems for peak performance.
• Testing and Validation: Conduct rigorous ground and flight tests to validate performance, ensuring compliance with operational requirements.
• Data Analysis: Analyze radar data to troubleshoot and enhance system accuracy, resolution, and range.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all radar systems meet aviation regulations and safety standards, including electromagnetic compatibility and emissions.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with hardware, software, and system engineers to achieve seamless radar operation.
• Documentation Excellence: Prepare comprehensive technical documentation detailing system functional requirements and specifications.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Master’s or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
• Advanced Knowledge: Completed advanced courses in radar theory, RF/microwave design, signal processing, and electromagnetics.
• Certification: Possess certifications in airborne radar systems, RF engineering, or defense/aerospace technologies.
• Hands-On Experience: Proven experience in radar seeker design, simulation, and testing, particularly in military applications.
• Simulation Tools Proficiency: Familiarity with simulation tools such as CST, HFSS, Microwave Office, and MATLAB.
• Technical Expertise: Experience with LTCC technology and MMIC design techniques.
• Standards Knowledge: Deep understanding of industry and military standards, as well as aviation regulatory compliance.
