Shape the future of data-driven decision-making as a Quality Specialist – Data and Reporting at HALCON. Leverage your expertise to develop innovative digital solutions, create impactful dashboards, and optimize processes while driving continuous improvement across the organization.

Location: Abu Dhabi, Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates
Work Conditions: On-site, Full-time

Key Accountabilities:

  • Requirement Capture and Planning: Conduct 'voice of the customer' (VOC) activities to define technical and non-technical requirements, document agreements, and establish phased plans to meet customer needs.
  • Digital Solution Development: Execute projects within cost, schedule, and performance constraints, following the Lean DMAIC lifecycle from problem definition to project sustainment.
  • Data Integrity and Validation: Ensure rigorous testing, validation, and debugging of solutions during pilot phases and before full-scale deployment.
  • Compliance and Documentation: Adhere to IT and security policies while producing documentation to facilitate future troubleshooting and development of solutions.
  • Digital Tools and Systems: Leverage tools like Artificial Intelligence (AI), Robotic Process Automation (RPA), MS Power BI, and advanced database querying languages to address cross-platform business challenges.
  • Dashboard and Intranet Development: Build and maintain practical, interactive MS SharePoint sites and digital dashboards, publishing accurate and consistent reports.
  • Integrated Management System (IMS) Support: Contribute to IMS development for a safer environment and enhanced customer confidence.
  • Project Execution and Scope Management: Meet deadlines and manage scope changes effectively during product scoping and execution phases.
  • Mentorship and Training: Mentor and train staff on the digital solutions you have established to ensure sustainable use.

    • Education: Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline or vocational qualification/apprenticeship with equivalent manufacturing/engineering experience.
  • Preferred Requirements:
    • Experience: 9+ years in data analytics or quality improvement, with expertise in executing digital solutions in manufacturing industries.
    • Education: Master’s degree in engineering; Six Sigma Black Belt Certification from a recognized organization (e.g., ASQ, IASSC).
