Project Management Team Leader

As a Project Management Team Leader at Hitachi Energy, you will lead a team of project managers in the successful execution of medium to large GIS projects. Your role will ensure adherence to Hitachi Energy policy, contractual agreements, quality standards, and health, safety, and environmental requirements, as well as financial targets and scheduling commitments.

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead project managers for successful project execution within the assigned region.
• Ensure all project activities align with the company's policies and standards.
• Act as the primary escalation point for customers and cross-functional teams.
• Support project teams by resolving roadblocks and ensuring resource allocation.
• Monitor and control projects through regular reviews.
• Provide management and stakeholders with project status reports.
• Forecast monthly revenue and collections, ensuring targets are met.
• Ensure compliance with Hitachi Energy Project Management Processes and ISO procedures.
• Complete the Global Performance Management (GPM) of team members.
• Build strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction through timely project execution.
• Uphold Hitachi Energy's core values of safety and integrity.

Your Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 12-17 years of experience in project execution, particularly with GIS or substation projects.
• Strong leadership capabilities and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure while delivering projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English is required.
