Senior Presales Solution Architect

The Senior Presales Solution Architect is responsible for architecting solutions to achieve customer business outcomes within a specific technical domain or across the broader company portfolio. This role includes:

• Developing and articulating compelling, accurate proposals to meet customer requirements.
• Providing technical expertise to sales teams and customers through presentations and product demonstrations.
• Quantifying business problems to position business value and identifying solution strengths and weaknesses.
• Designing solutions that align with customer business needs and translating them into technical designs.
• Engaging in deep-dive discussions with account teams to build customer relationships and advocate for technical strategies.

Education and Experience:

• First-level university technical degree or equivalent technical qualifications; advanced degree in technology preferred.
• 8–12 years of technical experience in IT focusing on technical consulting and solution selling.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Advanced experience with solution configurations and the creation of demos.
• Advanced understanding of company portfolio products, services, and solution domains.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to communicate effectively in English and applicable local languages.
