In this role, you'll join our Data team to provide insights that shape Huspy’s product strategy, directly impacting user experience and business growth. You will utilize advanced analytics to support feature development, guide product direction, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Track and analyze product performance by continuously monitoring key metrics (user engagement, feature usage, product success) to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Support product decision-making by designing and conducting A/B tests and experiments, providing data-driven recommendations to influence product roadmaps.
- Optimize feature rollouts by delivering quick feedback loops on new features through user behavior analysis.
- Collaborate across teams with product, engineering, and other business units to translate analytics into actionable strategies.
- Generate and present insights through reports, visualizations, and presentations to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in product analytics or a similar role.
- Advanced SQL and Python skills for data extraction and analysis, with experience in libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Matplotlib.
- Experience with product analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, Google Analytics) and familiarity with A/B testing.
- Strong analytical and statistical skills, along with data visualization expertise using tools like Tableau.
- Experience with data warehousing platforms (e.g., Snowflake) and knowledge of Airflow and dbt for data workflows.
- Excellent communication skills for conveying complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong collaborative spirit and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
- Educational background: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science); a Master’s degree is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Hands-on experience with Amplitude, Snowflake, Tableau, Airflow, and dbt.
- Familiarity with statistical modeling and machine learning basics.
- Exposure to predictive modeling and libraries like Scikit-Learn for advanced analysis.
