Development Manager

About the Job:

We are looking for a Development Manager to lead a team responsible for developing key technical skills, managing daily activities, running scrums, and overseeing product feature deliveries.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the team's deliveries and foster team bonding.
• Clearly communicate any issues and challenges.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise:

• 12+ years of overall relevant experience.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience leading software development teams.
• Strong technical skills in technologies such as Java/J2EE, C++.
• Experience managing teams of 15-20 with diverse skills including developers, testers, and data scientists.
• Understanding of Agile and Scrum development methodologies.
• Solid communication, motivation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in security-focused tool design and implementation.
• Cloud Security Certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Security Specialty) are preferred.
• Industry-recognized certifications such as CEH are also preferred.
