Position Overview: We are looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to spearhead the development of our ML team. This individual will work directly with the CTO to lead the design, implementation, and deployment of ML systems while establishing best practices in ML Ops. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive knowledge of the end-to-end ML lifecycle and will contribute to creating scalable, robust solutions for our data-driven initiatives. Familiarity with large language models (LLMs) and AI agents is a significant plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and optimize complete machine learning pipelines, including data ingestion, preprocessing, model training, evaluation, and deployment, to address specific business challenges.
• Ensure scalability, reliability, and reproducibility across the ML lifecycle.
• Build and maintain ML Ops pipelines to enable continuous integration, delivery, and monitoring of ML models.
• Implement automated solutions for data versioning, model training, deployment, and performance monitoring.
• Develop and enforce best practices for ML Ops to ensure high-quality model deployment and maintenance.
• Act as the foundational member of the ML team, setting technical standards and best practices.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning engineering, with expertise in end-to-end ML workflows.
• Proven ability to deploy models in production environments at scale.
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Strong understanding of ML Ops and best practices.

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with AI agent systems is a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with GCP and Vertex AI.
