Position

As a Technical Implementation Manager in Payments at the Riyadh branch, you will be responsible for project management and business analysis for client Host-to-Host implementations, including PaySource for payment initiation, API (Application Programming Interface) and Open Banking implementations, and all forms of file-based information reporting.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Deliver complex technical solutions to the firm’s largest global corporate and financial institution clients.
  • Conduct technical scoping meetings with clients to ensure product and technical requirements are understood and satisfied according to client needs and firm capabilities.
  • Prepare a Technical Statement of Work outlining product implementation options and timelines.
  • Support clients during production migrations and production verification, providing timely status updates to clients and project teams.
  • Provide consultative early engagement support to both Sales and Clients on technical connectivity capabilities.
  • Attend meetings and training to continue development and product knowledge, becoming a subject matter expert in Technical Implementation.
  • Identify and communicate process gaps and improvement opportunities and take ownership of improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Experience implementing complex solutions involving a technical integration element (e.g., SWIFT FIN, SWIFTNet FileAct, Host to Host, SFTP, FTPS, AS2, API, JSON, Open Banking, ISO 20022 XML).
  • Project Management skills.
  • Transaction Banking business and technical experience in Payments and Cash Management, Trade and Supply Chain Services, Global Custody.
  • Knowledge of market-leading ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and TMS (Treasury Management Systems) applications.
  • Strong business and technical analytical skills, with attention to detail.
  • Experience managing external clients and internal stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Knowledge of Saudi payment types, such as SADAD and the Wage Protection System (payroll).
  • Knowledge of the Saudi Payments landscape.
  • Agile, PRINCE2, or Waterfall project management qualifications or experience is an advantage.
  • Qualified SWIFT For Corporates Specialist and/or ACT CertICM preferred.
  • Experience in Financial Services including FinTech organizations.
