Position
- Description: Lead the strategy, development, and deployment of over 4,000 white label apps across Android and iOS platforms, transitioning to Flutter for cross-platform compatibility.
- Responsibilities:
- Strategize and oversee the app development and deployment processes, ensuring efficient transition and operation within the Flutter framework.
- Lead and manage a diverse team of 5, comprising Android, iOS, and Flutter developers, as well as app deployment specialists.
- Establish and maintain high-performance app development practices that align with the company's objectives and customer needs.
- Coordinate app release schedules, ensuring timely updates and adherence to Google Play and App Store guidelines.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in app development and deployment strategies.
- Implement best practices for code quality, performance optimization, and scalability across all app projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and quality assurance, to enhance app functionality and user experience.
- Monitor and analyze app performance metrics, adapting strategies as necessary to meet business goals.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of years of experience in app development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing app development teams.
- Proven track record of developing and deploying successful apps on both Android and iOS platforms.
- Extensive experience with Flutter or similar cross-platform app development frameworks.
- Strong understanding of the full mobile development life cycle, including automated testing and building.
- Expertise in app performance optimization and platform-specific guidelines (Google Play and App Store).
- Excellent project management skills, with experience in agile and scrum methodologies.
