User Experience Designer

• Company Description: Kahunas.io is a comprehensive SAAS platform that empowers coaches to be more effective, efficient, and engaged with their clients. We elevate the entire coaching experience, both for the coach and the client giving coaches their own branded app in the app stores. We currently have over 6,000 active coaches, 200k+ end users, and over 4k apps live in the app stores. Working directly with coaches, we evolve our platform around their needs and deliver a game-changing platform in the world of personal training and coaching.
• Role Description: This is a full-time hybrid role working 2 days per week in the office as a User Experience Designer at Kahunas.io. As a User Experience Designer at Kahunas.io, you'll harness your expertise in design systems to craft exceptional experiences for our product users. Your role will focus on developing and refining our design frameworks to ensure intuitive and engaging interfaces across our platform. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate business and user needs into practical designs that enhance user satisfaction and loyalty. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, and a passion for delivering solutions that resonate with users in the fitness and coaching industries.
• Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in User Experience (UX) Design, particularly in creating and managing design systems.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in design thinking, user research, and visual design.
  • Proficiency in prototyping tools and software such as Figma.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong analytical approach.
  • Outstanding communication and collaboration abilities, comfortable working in cross-functional teams.
  • Prior experience in the fitness or coaching industry is desirable.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is required.
