This position is part of Tamara's Builders Program - Graduate Track, a 12-month initiative designed to elevate exceptional Saudi graduates into future leaders through a comprehensive hands-on experience. Participants will work with an executive mentor on company-wide initiatives, engaging with key stakeholders to tackle live business challenges from day one. Successful completion of the program may lead to internal opportunities based on performance.
As an Associate User Researcher, you will support the design and product teams in understanding user needs and behaviors. This entry-level position is ideal for fresh graduates interested in human behavior, usability, and design research. You will gather insights to shape the development of user-friendly digital products.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and conducting user research, including surveys, interviews, and usability tests.
- Collect, analyze, and synthesize qualitative and quantitative data to generate actionable insights.
- Collaborate with designers and product teams to enhance user experiences based on research findings.
- Create user personas, journey maps, and research reports to communicate findings.
- Stay updated on UX research methods, trends, and best practices.
Experience:
- Minimum internship or co-op training experience in User Research, with a maximum of 2 years of experience.
Skills:
- Basic knowledge of user research methods, usability testing, and survey tools.
- Strong analytical skills to translate research findings into design recommendations.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Forms, Hotjar, UsabilityHub, or Lookback.io is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
