As a Senior Consultant in Digital Strategy, you will be a key member of our team, providing professional advice and guidance to clients in the areas of digital transformation, strategy, and operations. Your role will involve assisting in translating customer needs into business technology solutions, supporting decision-making processes around digital roadmap and business case development, and delivering value-driven consultancy services.
Primary Job Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and requirements related to digital transformation.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of current business processes, systems, and technologies to identify opportunities for improvement and digitalization.
- Develop and implement digital transformation strategies and roadmaps, aligning them with the client's business goals and industry best practices.
- Advise clients on emerging digital technologies, trends, and innovations that can drive process efficiency, customer engagement, and business growth.
- Conduct feasibility studies, cost-benefit analyses, and risk assessments to evaluate digital transformation initiatives and provide recommendations to clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, marketing, and finance, to ensure successful implementation of digital initiatives.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior consultants, sharing knowledge and best practices in digital transformation methodologies.
- Support clients in their digital transformations by leveraging your management consulting experience in digital technologies or other industries.
- Develops external network and continues to develop knowledge of industry, market trends, competitor activity and products/services.
- Contributes to the development of case studies, proposals, deliverables, or other valuable engagement knowledge. Ensures such knowledge is recorded appropriately to enable access and use by others within the firm.
- Executes deliverables to a level that meet member firm’s Quality standards within a commercial context.
- Starts to establish networks with clients and across relevant professional bodies and associations and will participate in internal and external professional activities to develop this network.
- Shares knowledge with other KPMG colleagues/teams and contributes to the development of knowledge resources.
Qualification and Experience
- 4-8 years of relevant experience in management consulting, digital technologies, or telecom industry, with a focus on digital transformations.
- Previous experience in providing professional advice and guidance in strategy and operations, with exposure to digital transformation projects.
- Strong knowledge of digital technologies, such as cloud computing, artificial intelligence, data analytics, IoT, and automation.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in client-facing environments, collaborating with diverse teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business challenges into actionable digital strategies.
- Strong project management abilities, including the capability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling you to effectively convey complex ideas and results.
- Business acumen with a focus on value creation, decision facilitation, and project management.
- Ability to work with senior stakeholders, contribute to challenging projects, and meet aggressive timelines.
- Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a dynamic consulting environment.
- A keen interest in staying up-to-date with telecom industry trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- Certifications in relevant digital transformation methodologies or frameworks (e.g., Prosci, Agile, Lean Six Sigma) are highly desirable.
