We are seeking a talented Data Architect who will take charge of all things data and information, transforming them into remarkable solutions that drive our customers’ success. You will play a vital role in managing all aspects of data and information, from understanding business requirements to translating them into data models, scheme design, and data architectures.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Driving the Data Architecture stream as part of the Enterprise Architecture function, collaborating with client stakeholders and Data and AI teams.
- Developing standards for data architecture to ensure consistency and quality across IT projects.
- Overseeing IT projects within the organization to ensure alignment with data architecture standards and objectives.
- Providing strategic guidance to enhance the organization's data capabilities and services.
- Ensuring adherence to governance frameworks and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Transform complex business problems into data-driven solutions.
- Guide the full IT data lifecycle governance, including acquisition, transformation, classification, storage, presentation, distribution, security, privacy, and archiving.
- Conduct solution assurance assessments and collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to meet customer requirements and expectations.
- Develop centralized or distributed systems that effectively address user requirements.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise:
- 8-10+ years of experience in data architecture, data modeling, and data governance.
- Proficiency in data management frameworks and technologies with relevant certifications.
- Strong knowledge of data governance and data integration techniques, including ETL processes, data quality, and master data management (MDM).
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience:
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms and data integration/governance frameworks using Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Security, or a related field.
- Certifications such as Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP) and Azure Data Engineer Associate.
