Position
Responsibilities
- Responsible for every aspect of a system's user experience
- Involved in solving workflow problems and developing new ways of visualizing market data
- Need to think on your feet, sketch, present, iterate, and refine ideas alongside clients
- Gain exposure to various areas of clients' businesses and technologies
Required Experience and Skills
- 8+ years of experience in UX/UI Design, Interaction Design, or Information Architecture
- Hands-on experience in user research, sketching solutions, wire-framing, and final UI/Visual design
- Abiding interest in solving real-world business problems
- Experience working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
- Ability to communicate effectively and influence client strategy
- Resourcefulness, independence, and determination to succeed
- Undergraduate or Graduate Degree in HCI, Interaction Design, Information Architecture, Visual Communication, Graphic Design, or related field preferred
Desired Experience and Skills
- Experience designing complex, interactive, transactional, enterprise-level, expert systems
- Knowledge of global financial markets and financial products
- Excellent organization skills and experience working in an agile environment
- Ability to drive product deliverables forward on time and at high quality
- Experience leading teams of 4 or more designers across multiple delivery teams
- Excellent presentation and client management skills
- Experience working in a consultancy environment is a plus
