The Murex Front Office Business Analyst (BA) will be responsible for product implementation within the Global Markets team. This role involves being part of the GM IT FO Squad, which provides IT services to support Global Markets. The successful candidate will analyze and document user requirements, acting as a key liaison between business and IT teams, and coordinating with vendors. \n\nKey Responsibilities:\n- Analyze and document user requirements, translating them into functional specifications.\n- Liaise with Global Markets teams, IT teams, and vendors to identify and address needs.\n- Define systems and data requirements, validating designs and processes from functional and technical perspectives.\n- Develop business, functional, and testing requirements in collaboration with vendors.\n- Configure solutions according to requirements and act as a subject matter expert for the Murex suite of tools used within the Front Office.\n- Create test plans, define test cases, and execute system testing.\n- Contribute to training efforts through discussions, training guides, and presentations.\n- Resolve bugs and issues with vendor support as needed.\n- Ensure a smooth technical and functional handover of projects and changes to relevant teams.\n\nQualifications and Skills: \n- Postgraduate degree or qualification in Information Systems, Engineering, or Business Administration.\n- Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant work experience in a bank or IT company.\n- Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.\n- Comprehensive understanding of financial markets, trading, and banking solutions, with knowledge of Global Markets products and practices.\n- Highly technical aptitude and exposure to bank systems and processes.\n- Proven ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders regarding business requirements and testing processes.\n- Strong numerical skills and ability to function under pressure.\n- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.\n\nExperience Requirements:\n- 7-10 years of experience in Murex Front Office.\n- Expertise in at least two asset classes, including IR vanilla and exotic derivatives, Equity Derivatives, Commodity Derivatives, FX Derivatives, and Structured Derivatives.\n- Experience delivering projects, as well as supporting Murex version 3.1 for front office capabilities.\n- Knowledge of FO Modules in Murex such as E-Tradepad, Simulation, Livebook, RTPM, Pre-Trade Workflow, Market Data, and Risk Matrices.\n\nLanguage Requirements: \nStrong verbal and written communication skills in English are required.
