Opportunity Overview
This opportunity involves a major mixed-use development in Riyadh, consisting of over 200 projects including F&B, retail and hotels, commercial buildings, and educational facilities. We are looking for a developing Information Architect with a focus on graphic design and user experience (UX) design to evolve and improve an existing Program Management Information System (PMIS). The ideal candidate will design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces while contributing to the overall data architecture underlying the suite of systems that form the overall solution design. Collaboration with business teams to enhance user experience and streamline business processes is essential.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Defining and delivering Information Management (IM) strategies, standards, and processes for client-facing projects and programs.
  • Establishing and managing the project/programme IM function following the strategy, standards, and processes set.
  • Training project/programme colleagues in IM practices and processes, advocating for awareness and continuous improvement.
  • Managing the assurance and quality control of documents and artefacts submitted and stored.
  • Contributing to the global Digital Centre of Excellence, including body of knowledge, processes, and case studies.
  • Assisting in the setup, implementation, and development of the Common Data Environment (CDE).
  • Collaboratively working towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and sharing responsibility for identifying and managing associated carbon emissions and reductions during project delivery.

You’ll Need To Have:

  • Extensive experience in data architecture with a strong emphasis on graphic design and UX design.
  • Knowledge of PowerBI and experience in creating effective data visualizations.
  • Expertise in PowerApps, SharePoint, and SQL Server.
  • Proven experience in user interface and workflow design, creating seamless and engaging user experiences.
  • Experience in data modeling within a construction or program management environment is preferred.
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders.

You’ll Also Have:

  • The necessary visa criteria to meet the requirements of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and relevant work experience on high-value, complex projects ideally with a project management consultancy.
  • Experience in graphic design or UX-related fields, particularly in developing dashboards and visual tools for complex systems.
  • Familiarity with construction or program management tools like Primavera, Unifier, or SAP.
  • Understanding of data governance and data quality best practices.
