We are seeking a talented UX Designer to create best-in-class experiences for our customers. This role is for UAE Nationals only. As a passionate and curious design specialist, you will deliver high-quality designs and prototypes in a fast-paced, innovative, collaborative, and delivery-focused environment. You should enjoy being hands-on throughout the design lifecycle, focusing on delighting customers and improving their experiences.
You will collaborate closely with other designers across our Tribes to ensure a consistent UX and design experience across our digital product suite, guided by business and UX priorities. Success is defined by the quality of the customer experience, the consistency of deliverables, and the team's contribution to Business KPIs.
Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver product visualizations with input from Designers, Product Owners, and Engineers.
- Collaborate with Senior UX Designers, Product Owners, and Engineers to develop customer journeys, service blueprints, story maps, task flows, wireframes, prototypes, and designs.
- Conduct user research with UX Researchers to inform design decisions and facilitate learnings.
- Define personas, user journeys, and service blueprints.
- Transition from early wireframes to high-definition designs and build prototypes to validate and communicate designs.
- Identify and conduct user interface experiments, analyzing data from real-life experimentation.
- Collaborate to solve design challenges and maintain a consistent design across our digital suite.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years in a Product Design role within a high-performing agile organization.
- Passionate about UX and Design, driven to do the right thing for customers.
- Solid knowledge of visual design principles and workshop planning.
- Familiarity with UX research methods and effective communication of research insights.
- Experience with design systems and design/prototyping tools like Figma and Miro.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Knowledge of Banking, Fintech, or Investment is a bonus.
