About the Job
As a Delivery Manager, you will lead and manage technology consulting engagements for financial services clients, focusing on solution design and implementation to deliver high-quality technology solutions. You will work closely with CXOs and key technology decision-makers to understand their IT transformation needs, challenges, and strategic priorities. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing comprehensive technology roadmaps and digital transformation plans, ensuring alignment with clients' strategic goals.

You will employ structured problem-solving approaches to identify and tackle complex technology problems, leveraging industry best practices. Additionally, you will enhance the firm’s knowledge base by codifying project learnings and sharing insights with your team. You will also have the opportunity to shape your own development journey through formal training and mentorship.

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree in information technology, engineering, physics, mathematics, or a related field, with an outstanding academic record.
  • 6+ years of private sector experience with a clear record of achievements and a proven drive for personal growth; international experience is a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience in Financial Services in at least one of the following areas: banking, insurance, wealth and asset management, or public finance.
  • Proven experience in technology and digital advisory and implementation, with capability in IT transformation, digital transformation, enterprise architecture, and data transformation.
  • Strong understanding of business and technical aspects of technology/digital transformations within financial services, enabling value-driven technology strategies.
  • Extensive experience in implementing strategic initiatives, including process re-engineering, technology adoption, and cultural change management.
  • Experience in organizational development, transformational delivery, and performance improvement is a plus.
  • Ability to successfully manage and deliver small to medium-sized projects and/or manage small units with budget responsibilities.
  • Superior problem-solving and relationship-building skills with a strong commitment to client service.
  • Capability to work collaboratively in a team environment and across all organizational levels.
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams.
  • Effective communication of complex ideas in English and Arabic.
  • Willingness to travel.
