Delivery Manager

You will be based in one of our Middle East offices. Our core mission is to help organizations across the private sector implement transformations and build organizational and employee capabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage technology consulting engagements for financial services clients, including solution design and implementation to ensure high-quality technology delivery.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs and key technology decision-makers to deeply understand their IT transformation needs and strategic priorities.
• Develop and execute comprehensive technology roadmaps and digital transformation plans for financial services clients.
• Demonstrate problem-solving abilities and a structured approach to identifying and solving complex technology issues using industry best practices.
• Strengthen the firm's knowledge base by codifying learnings from projects and sharing insights with your teams.
• Manage your own development journey through formal training programs and mentorship from inspiring partners.

Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree in information technology, engineering, physics, math, or a related field, with an outstanding academic record.
• 6+ years of private sector experience with a proven track record of achievements and a drive for personal growth; international experience is a plus.
• Demonstrated experience in financial services in at least one area: banking, insurance, wealth and asset management, or public finance.
• Proven experience in technology and digital advisory, including IT transformation and modernization, digital transformation, enterprise architecture, and data transformation.
• Strong understanding of both business and technical aspects of technology/digital transformations to create value-driven technology strategies.
• Ability to define and implement digital and technology strategy that aligns with clients' goals, driving digital innovation.
• Extensive experience in transforming and implementing strategic initiatives within financial services, including process re-engineering and cultural change management.
• Ability to manage and deliver small to medium-sized projects with budget responsibility.
• Superior problem-solving and relationship-building skills with a strong commitment to client service.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and across all organizational levels.
• Proven leadership, coaching, and team development abilities.
• Effective communication of complex ideas in both English and Arabic.
• Willingness to travel.
