The Global Customer Success (GCS) organization is leading the effort to create the desired customer experience through support offer creation, driving digital transformation across our tools, and delivering operational excellence across CE&S.

Responsibilities

  • Engage in conversations with customers and demonstrate alignment between customer objectives and Microsoft’s portfolio.
  • Lead the execution of program planning and customer-facing program reviews.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate customer blockers by leveraging Microsoft solutions.
  • Partner with customers to understand their business objectives and drive adoption of Microsoft products and services.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customer stakeholders to enable quality solution delivery.

Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sociology, Psychology, Computer Science, or related field AND 4+ years of relevant experience
    OR
  • Master's Degree in Business, Sociology, Psychology, Computer Science, or related field AND 3+ years of relevant experience
    OR
  • Equivalent experience.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

  • 8+ years of relevant experience (Bachelor’s) or 6+ years (Master’s) in a similar role.
  • Relevant certifications in Microsoft technologies (e.g., Azure, 365) or ITIL Foundation certification.
  • Project Management Institute (PMI) or equivalent Project Management certification.
  • Prosci or equivalent certification.
