About
The Sales Enablement & Operations (SE&O) team plays an essential role in translating Microsoft’s Commercial Strategy to a local execution plan and driving operational excellence to achieve the greatest results possible. As the Go-To-Market (GTM) Manager for Data and Analytics, you will be at the forefront of driving our go-to-market strategies, enabling our sales teams to excel, and acting as the driver of top of the funnel pipe creation. You will apply marketing strategies that align with our business goals, track success criteria and performance metrics, and create alignment across teams to ensure seamless execution.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary product spokesperson and product evangelist for Data and Analytics.
  • Develop localized competitive strategy, positioning the value proposition and tailoring messaging for internal and external audiences.
  • Build and drive business strategy and track the efficacy of plans for sustainable growth.
  • Create and orchestrate strategic go-to-market (GTM) plans across sales, marketing, consulting, customer success, and partner functions.
  • Collaborate with partners to support the execution of programs aimed at recruiting and enabling partners.
  • Partner with sales teams to develop and land sales programs.
  • Support the creation and pursuit of white-space growth opportunities across products/services.
  • Liaise with engineering to proactively drive capacity forecasting and support pipeline and sales enablement.
  • Drive GTM strategy and land growth plans, developing competitive strategies to achieve target market share gains.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in marketing strategy, business planning, sales enablement, business development, technical pre-sales, or related fields AND a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in managing and expanding a product/solution portfolio and driving demand generation within a complex organization.
