- Experience: 5+ years in Security Design or Program Management
- Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Business Risks or related field AND 12+ years experience in Security Program or Program Management OR equivalent experience. Certified Protection Professional (CPP) or equivalent Protection certification OR Physical Security Professional (PSP) OR equivalent Physical Security Certification.
Responsibilities
- Designing end-to-end and supporting the implementation of security systems.
- Overseeing projects to ensure timely delivery within budget.
- Collaborating with internal and external teams to meet security program goals.
- Reviewing, modifying, and approving security designs produced by external vendors.
- Participating in project estimating and budgeting processes.
- Continuously improving the efficiency and maturity of the overall physical security program.
- Collaborating with peer teams and organizations to align with broader strategy and initiatives.
