The Microsoft Application Innovation business is one of the fastest growing businesses within a portfolio of products spanning Managed/PaaS services of the Azure Platform, PowerApps, and Developer Productivity tools like GitHub and Visual Studio.

We are currently looking for Senior Sales Specialist - Digital & App Innovation professionals to join our teams across various business groups, for varying customer sizes, in our enterprise, regulated, and partner services organizations. By applying to this role, you will be considered for multiple opportunities within Microsoft across Saudi Arabia, including locations beyond where the role is posted.

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Work Conditions:

  • Full-Time
  • Up to 50% work from home
  • Travel: 50-75%

Responsibilities:

  • Brings impactful industry insights into customer engagements and closes deals with customers.
  • Acts as a thought leader across solution areas to advise customers on digital transformation.
  • Leads virtual transformational shifts to drive deployment and create business value for customers.
  • Guides others on social selling and applies Microsoft's sales process to assess opportunities.
  • Drives consumption and grows business with existing strategic customers.
  • Explores and assesses the needs of high-potential customers and articulates business value.
  • Collaborates with internal teams, partners, and services to lead proposals or develop solutions.
  • Proactively builds a network with external stakeholders and engages with executive-level decision-makers.
  • Develops strategies for driving and closing strategic opportunities in collaboration with account teams.
  • Leads the planning and execution on opportunities with resources and partners.

Qualifications:

  • Required/Minimum Qualifications:
    • 5+ years technology-related sales or account management experience OR
    • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field AND 4+ years technology-related sales or account management experience.
  • Additional or Preferred Qualifications:
    • 9+ years technology-related sales or account management experience OR
    • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field AND 8+ years technology-related sales or account management experience OR
    • Master’s Degree in Business Administration (i.e., MBA), Information Technology, or related field AND 5+ years technology-related sales or account management experience.
    • 6+ years solution or services sales experience.
