About the Job
As an Azure Infrastructure Specialist covering our key accounts, you will be a solution sales leader within our business. You will lead a virtual team of technical, partner, and consulting resources to advance the sales process and achieve/exceed quarterly Azure revenue and usage/consumption targets in your assigned accounts.

You will serve as a trusted advisor and an Azure subject matter expert with core capabilities and expertise in server migration and modernization, AVS, security, AI, and cloud economics. Your role will involve working with customers to help them achieve their business priorities and guide their journey through infrastructure modernization.

You will assist customers in evaluating their applications and business requirements, recommend solutions that meet their needs, and demonstrate these solutions to secure technical decisions. Supporting customers in overcoming deployment roadblocks will also be part of your responsibility, ultimately driving customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will help customers leverage our unique platform and leading infrastructure solutions to realize the value of digital transformation.

Qualifications

  • Proven 5-7+ years of experience in solution selling in infrastructure, HCI, DC migration, VDI, and security.
  • Preferred experience with Public Sector customers.
  • Ability to engage in conversations with customers to introduce how our workloads can facilitate digital transformation aligned with the customer’s industry.
  • Experience initiating conversations on digital transformation in collaboration with partners and services.
  • Proven track record of collaborating with team members to uncover new opportunities and drive incremental revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Sales Execution: Manage your territory as a business and continue developing your skills in infrastructure sales.
  • Scaling and Collaboration: Work with a network of partners and internal stakeholders for cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
  • Technical Expertise: Serve as a key technical leader, influencing customer adoption of Microsoft Infrastructure and Security solutions.
  • Sales Excellence: Identify and surface new engagements that align with customer business strategies.
  • Deliver Results Through Teamwork: Identify customer and operational needs and collaborate with other teams to set priorities and allocate resources.
